Lender Owned Properties (REO)
In the next few days Ultimate Information Systems, Inc. will
be expanding our coverage of the real estate market by beginning to provide
statistical information relating to sales of Lender
Owned Properties. The initial information will be released
shortly after the upcoming October issue of the In-Depth Analysis Newsletter (IDA)

Of the single family detached resale home
sales reported by ARMLS in September 2008 for Maricopa County,
37% of the listings were noted as “Lender Owned”.
Note the significant difference in the
relationship between the quantity of REO sales vs.
the quantity of non REO sales for the different market segments.
